1. Acceptance

By creating a QueueHamster account or using the apps, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

2. The service

QueueHamster provides virtual queue software for businesses and their customers. We may evolve the service over time; material changes will be communicated in advance.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — no abuse of notifications, no scraping, no circumventing rate limits, and no illegal activity.

4. Subscription & billing

The Business Plan is billed monthly at the price shown on the pricing page. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

5. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, QueueHamster is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
