Tell us your shop name, pick a category, and set a password. Your contact email becomes your login — you can change the support email later in Settings.
Name your first queue
We pre-fill it as "[Your Business] Queue" — keep it or rename to whatever your customers will recognise. Most shops use one queue; multi-chair salons and clinics often add one per station later.
Tell us how long a client takes
Average service time, in minutes. This drives the wait-time estimates customers see on their phones. Don't overthink it — the app learns your real rhythm over time.
Add your hours (optional)
Free-text — write it how you'd say it. "Mon–Fri 9am–5pm" or "Tue–Sat 10–7, closed Sun/Mon". Shown to customers on the join screen so they know when to scan.
