We collect only the information needed to operate the QueueHamster service: account details (email, business name), queue metadata, and aggregated analytics events gathered via Firebase Analytics after you grant consent.

2. How we use information

Information is used to provide the service (managing queues, notifying customers), to understand product usage in aggregate, and to communicate changes that affect your account.

3. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share information only with the sub-processors required to run the service (e.g., Firebase / Google Cloud) under standard data-processing terms.

4. Your choices

You can decline analytics cookies at any time via the cookie banner. Account deletion requests can be sent to our support address.
