Whether you run queues with the Business app or you're a customer waiting in line with the Client app, the fastest way to reach us is by email. Tell us what's happening — and, if it helps, which app you're using and what device — and we'll get you sorted.

Response time
We aim to reply to every message within one business day. If something is time-sensitive, mention that in your email so we can prioritise it.
Common questions
- Managing your subscription — subscriptions are handled through the App Store or Google Play. You can view, change, or cancel a subscription from your device's account settings at any time.
- Deleting your account — in the Business app, go to Settings → Delete Account. The Client app doesn't create an account; uninstalling it removes the details stored on your device.
- Privacy and your data — see our Privacy Policy for what we collect and how to have data removed.
